Yeah, one of the key things that you've, that you've, you've talked about and sort of one of the sort of tent poles, as it were, is that it's all about the energy, because energy is, is very much part of running, and if you can minimize the energy that you're expending as, you know, a part of that motion, then you become a much more efficient runner.

And I think, um, what does good running form feel like? It, it's not-- it's, it-- that wasted energy feels hard.

So we're trying to minimize the wasted energy because we want everything through our glutes and hamstr-

... as efficiently as possible, as fast as possible, with the least amount of energy-

So, you know, if I'm doing this or my arms are out wide or I'm crossing over the center line of my body, I'm not going forward.

So go back to do, do, do you cross the center line of your body? Well, well, no, because that takes the sh- the, the shoulder, that takes the hip.

So therefore, I'm landing this way as opposed to driving and propelling myself forward.

If I go across my center line, again, that's gonna create an injury later down the track, which is not what we want.
