So it's been two months and about a week and a half ago, I got insanely frustrated.
Now what's lovely about my life is I have done this as in do something brand new and take it as far as I want to take it.
And my frustration point a week and a half ago was I can hit the ball most of the time, but I could not tell you where it's going to go.
I could snatch the barbell, but I couldn't tell you when I was going to snatch the barbell and when I would fail.
You get three lifts and you're endeavoring to get your max lift over those three lifts.
That was what should have been a reasonable weight for me, like an okay, a safe weight for me.
okay uh all right I walked back in to do the next lift and I failed that one too and by that stage I was very very nervous very nervous so I had one more shot one more shot or I was done that was the competition done for me and thank goodness I have no idea how I pulled it off but I got it What did that teach me? It taught me about consistency.
