I'm thinking about Jacob using ever accountable right now and how I'm okay with it right now that it doesn't block every single thing.

You said that your wife is one of your accountability partners, sometimes people say that you should kind of separate that from your marriage relationship and just have a friend or sponsor or recovery partner being that accountability partner.

But I mentioned my accountability partner, Robbie, his wife, when she gets his report, she says, it's my love letter.

And so it was a good thing for their marriage and it gave her that validation.

I I mean, I've never been in a place of being a spouse to somebody who's going through this, and I imagine it would feel horrendous.

And how would you feel getting that report? It could be a real harmful thing, it seems like.

It just felt something unhealthy in me to have that amount of power and to be a policeman checking things out, making sure things are okay.
