Cass County Sheriff Brian Welk is accused of showing sexually explicit photographs of a naked woman and video of a nude man inside a jail cell to people who should not have seen them.
The accusations come in a complaint involving disclosure of internal investigation materials filed in January by Cass County Deputy Aaron Ammerman.
Welk declined to comment on anything related to the complaint, other than maintaining he believes it was politically motivated to set Ammerman up for a run for sheriff.
