So I was thinking the first three days would be easy, but every, even with a three-day fast, it's different for every person every time.
Like sometimes I have three-day fast that are hard, but you know, so the first three days are getting into ketosis, which can be challenging.
And then days four to seven are detoxification, which can cause pain.
You can have some nausea, you can have trouble sleeping.
So that can be challenging.
