But it can be really difficult for people who are... either introverted or lack some of that confidence on camera or just you know the sorts of people who just dread that kind of thing and that can come out in the strangest of ways so for example you may be a bit like me I've never really had a confidence issue with doing it but I've definitely struggled sometimes with almost like overthinking it and even wondering like well why why do I even need to do it or you know I'm not very good at just doing things because it's what people do like following a jumping on a bandwagon I'm really not like that way inclined at the best of times and it's something I've battled with and I'm pretty confident if I've battled with it other people have so I really hope that this episode and this message helps some of you and myself as I actually go through this so what I'm thinking here is It's not that getting a microphone and putting your phone in front of you and sharing your message is necessarily that difficult.

And you have times where you feel so blocked up, it's like writer's block and you just can't squeeze any of it out.

And I think for people like us, there is a little bit of a step before the just do it.
