How do you integrate your life into your work or your work into your life?

Look, I had once a psychologist who used with me the example of a car.

Maybe because I'm German.

I've never owned a car in my life.

Can you imagine? But I can.

But I think it's a good example in the end, because if you look at the four tires of the car and then you see it as like different parts of your life that you need in order for the car to work.

So let's say You have your personal health, you have your social system, relationships, family, friends.

You have finances.

Finance is a big topic as well because it all goes together, right? So whatever you choose as like the four main areas of your life, imagine the car.

So then let's say the car drives and then you realize There is an issue with one of the tires, like you need to change them or even just, you know, put some air on it.

If there is only one of them, the car would still ride, but you would have issues.

It's imbalanced.

Exactly.

And the longer you wait, the worse it gets.

So let's say you don't focus on your health, then this affects business.

If you see one of the tires is a business segment.

And then this also affects your family and everything affects finance.

Or let's say finance, let's say money could be an issue.

This affects family and friends and relationships.
