Joyce Wilson-SanfordHostWe talked a bit about the change, the formula for successful change in an organization two times ago, and it was very interesting.
And so we both went to our books and And Bob has been reading Brene Brown, and he's going to talk a little bit about what she has to say about get ready for the cataclysm.

So for those of you that don't follow Brene Brown, it's her latest book, Strong Ground.

But what I was telling Joyce and what it has relevance to change is that the one thing that I appreciate about Brene Brown is that she has this humility where she'll bring other voices in, in different chapters to share their story that kind of contributes to her overarching theme of what it takes to lead in the world today, the daring leadership.

And the magic for companies is that if you can lean into her knowledge, you can find that white space out there that you can compete effectively in five or 10 years.

So the takeaway is that she talks about the convergence of technology The likes of which we as humans have never seen.

But at the end of the day, what she's saying is, you know, with the way the world's going to shift, not in a matter of years.

but literally in a matter of months to a year to two years, that it's going to shift the imperative on organizations, not to just tinker around the edges of change, but make some profound changes in terms of how they get the work done, by whom, and how they go to market.
