Um, my guest today is a great comedian who I've been aware of a long time. Huge comic, HBO specials, uh, apparently the inspiration for Elaine in Seinfeld.

You are kidding. That is amazing.

Uh, you have a lot of money coming your way.

Um, she's here. She's great. Are you touring?

I'm not touring.

But I have gotten back into standup.

Um, we were just talking before, um, I did that star-spangled, um, intro th- about when did you get into show business?

Oh my God. Um, I got into show business really early. I was going to school at SUNY Binghamton.

Uh-huh.

Now called just Harper College.

Okay.

And I was in a theater group with my then boyfriend, Paul Reiser.

Hmm.

And he was the funniest guy I've ever met.
