As you say, crazy when, like, the stars had seriously aligned birth-wise the first time.
Oh, yeah.

You went into labor before needing to be induced, and you had this amazing midwife, and-
Tell me about it.
It, it, honestly, like, game of two halves, both-
... bad halves.
[laughs]

Did it, did you feel like it took you a longer time to recover from the birth, having had such a lot of blood loss the second time?
Yeah.
I w- I would say I, I did, actually.
And I remember my mom looking at me and just, like, she didn't say anything, but I could tell, like, she was worried about me.
'Cause I w- I was just, I, I just was so d- ob- obviously, if you lose half your blood, you're gonna look awful, right?
And yeah, recovery, I just, I just felt, like, bone-deep.
I know you do anyway after you've given birth, but, like, this bone-deep tiredness.
Like, just I felt like I was walking through mud for a good couple of weeks afterwards.
And then I had a second, um, in hospital, I had a second iron infusion via a drip, and I felt awful for about, in fact, until I went to sleep that night.
And then I woke up the next day, and I was like, "Oh my God, like, I, I can't believe how bad I've been feeling, like, like, now my iron levels have started to increase.
Like, Jesus Christ, like, you don't have ..." Yeah, I d- didn't realize how badly it was making me feel.
So yeah, once I had that second lot, I felt a lot better.
And from the, like, again, like, [laughs] b- besides from the, the PPH, like, do you know, like, I felt great.
Like, I went for a little walk around the block on, like, day two and just, you know, just stuff like that.
