Want to remind you, you can always find out more about the Best Innovation Group by checking out our website, big-fintech.com. And although I doubt many of you were too crushed, I want to apologize for the unexpected break in the action of our coverage.

We actually wound up unexpectedly missing a week last week because things have just been so hectic.

I was a first time attendee there the week of September 21, where I got my first interview here with Sarah Biller.

Really impressive event and really enjoyed seeing the Boston scene kind of up close and personal.

A lot of students, not too surprisingly, when you think about All the higher education institutions, they have a lot of students at the event.

But despite the fact that I had a little bit of an inside track and a window into it, I was still overwhelmed by the reception, especially for a version 1.0 event.

It's the first time we pulled this off without a whole lot of advanced planning, to be perfectly honest.

I'm trying to remember when this started off as the twinkle in someone's eye, but it was certainly no more than four or five months.

Again, we had wall-to-wall coverage of events pretty much three, four a day across the full five days of the week.

And great turnouts from a really great mix of people, including faces that I have not been familiar with.

And given how much I traffic in the fintech scene, it was great to see even more people come out, as well as regular people.

You know, the regulars that we see all the time and the lively conversation and interaction and just the way things just tended to flow very organically, I thought was wonderful.

And then to further kind of keep things crazy the last couple of weeks, I became a grandparent.

So that may have had something to do with why it was a little bit difficult to get everything together last week.
