So for about two and a half weeks in the middle of May, I was experiencing some insane debilitating anxiety.
And there are times that I naturally get a little bit of anxiety, which I know happens a lot when I'm in my luteal phase of my cycle, which for those of you who may not know, that is the phase of the cycle right before the menstrual bleed.

phase of the cycle and estrogen starts to rise and increase as you're moving into ovulation.

So I'm in a period of my life, in a season of my life, I should say, in my cycle where estrogen is increasing.
This is a time where you feel like you're going to take on the world and everything feels great.
Now, when I say bad places, I just want to make it known there wasn't any depression.
