And I mean, we were even just talking a second ago about there is this thing, isn't there? It's a woman.

It's that kind of element of who you have to be as a woman in leadership or in an organisation.

And I think we need to acknowledge that men and women are different in all different ways, biologically, chemically, hormonally, societally.

But what I will say is I think there's an unfair expectation on women to turn up in a certain way.

so you know there's this if you look at this theory on this as well this theory on like the the bitch sort of era and i don't use words like that i'm not comfortable with that i use other words but not bitch um but with that it's almost saying that if what we expect women in leadership to be is nurturing

and so she's judged if she's too nurturing because she's too soft and too gentle and if she's the opposite of that she's a judge because she's a bitch.

But a man could have those same conversations and wouldn't have those judgments.

And that's a difficult challenge to stop caring, but then also to think about how we're putting ourselves forward as well.
