So i- in, in a nutshell, Ziv, 'cause we could, we could explore the nuances and the differences for, you know, for hours.

In, in the briefest of explanations, the difference between business mentoring and executive coaching or business coaching, what- whatever coaching, is that we can use our first-hand experience in order to help guide and support the person who we are mentoring.

With coaching, it's very much using a set of questioning tools in order for you to question the, the solution out of the person that you're, that you're coaching, and that's the...

So that is the key difference, is using first-hand experience in order to support and guide.
You still sometimes will use questions and will use accountability, but you allow yourself as a mentor to also use your personal experience in business and, and, and, and shortcut the, the distance between where the client is and where they wanna go as a result.

Within our core competencies, we, we have, of which there are six key for mentoring, incorporated into them are coaching skills.

So the, well, the, the, the first one is awareness, awareness of self, mentee, and environment.

So really being aware of the trusted, safe, confidential environment that we build our, when we're mentoring.

And when I say listening, I mean actually really listening and being present and active and not just waiting to speak again, which a lot of people do.

And also reading between the lines as to what's, what your mentee's not actually saying.

So coaching tools, mentoring tools, all sorts of things like the business model canvas.
