234 | Why Should Your Dog Trust Your Decisions? What Leadership Actually Means

**Hey Dog Lover 🐾** We ask our dogs to trust our decisions all the time. Come with me. Leave that. Don’t go over there. Walk past this dog. Stay here. I’ve got it. But have you ever stopped to ask: **Why should they?** Not because we’re the human. Not because we own them. And not simply because we’re holding the leash. And not leadership as dominance, control, or “because I said so.” Leadership as something built through a **history of experiences** that gives your dog a reason to believe your decisions are worth following.
