What's the biggest misconception people have about mental health and what it actually takes to create lasting change?

You know, one of the misconceptions, Kevin, is that people think that issues of mental health are reserved for the people that have a diagnosis, like bipolar disorder or an anxiety disorder, OCD.

So it's not an us and them, it's that all of us may have challenges of mental health.
