But she has been sh- working in this women's health space, inspired by watching her mum go through a scary, almost fatal event, and that brought her into the, this passionate world of helping do things differently with regards to women's health.
The hormones mainly is where we hung out, so hormone therapy specific to GSM, vulvovaginal care, and also systemic hormone therapy.
So we went a little bit into some nuance there, which is w- I took away being grateful for her, the nuance she provided because it was sort of affirming what I hear and see and preach to my community.
I'm not a doctor, but based on the evidence and the literature, she was confirming what the direction I'm guiding people in terms of when they're speaking with their healthcare providers.
Absolutely adore the work that she has done and what she does from an advocacy space, and also recognizing she was being trained during the Women's Health Initiative era and, and now w- the things that she's changed her tune on now based on the overwhelming evidence specific to hormone therapy and other things.
