My first part of my career was 10 years working with utilities, electric utilities, gas utilities, as a consultant from California to the East Coast.

I even noticed some of the utilities that I had worked with in my past life here.

So it's really exciting to have spent that time of my career working directly with utilities.

And then in the last 20 years, I've been working in the renewable space, 100% of that time with home builders.

And so starting in 2006, primarily in California, now we've expanded what we're doing with home builders.

And I would just say like the lay of the land has completely changed from 20 years ago when we were doing solar with builders to today, we're really talking more about the energy services that we bring that bundle much, much more than just the solar system.

So just jumping right into Sunrun, and I think, you know, throughout this presentation, if folks have questions and they want to throw them in the chat, feel free to throw them.

We'll make this like a little bit more open dialogue or try to answer questions as we go, or feel free to save them to the end if you have any.

We like to refer ourselves as America's energy company because we are effectively the majority of the systems that we install in the high 90 percentages are under our subscription program where we're delivering low-cost, reliable, predictable energy to customers under our subscription service.

And of those 1.2, we almost have a quarter million customers now with battery storage.

Today at Sunrun, it's something around like the 82% of the customers that we have will also have solar plus a storage system installed in their home.

That's what we'll talk a little bit more about is the home builder division within Sunrun today.
