Develop an eye for a dog, groom your passion within reason, and be honest with yourself.

Look at every litter, look at every dog that you feed with an objective, hard eye and decide, "Is this gonna move me forward to where I wanna go?" And if you can do that and be consistent about it, I think you're on the road to success.

Located in Ohio, Bob is one of the most iconic breeders in the Black and Tan breed.
As a young man, Bob had the opportunity to meet and know several of the breed's founders.
He's personally bred and owned many national specialty and all breed Best in Show winners, and much of the breed can trace back to Foxfire in their pedigree.
Bob is a life member of the ABTCC, including being a part of their judge's education committee for multiple decades.
Those who know Bob best say he's a breed historian and an excellent instructor with an immense depth of breed knowledge.
