So this is a summer podcast, very different from the standard podcast format we have.

So she is a multi-faceted facilitator so she works primarily with IFS which we'll talk about in the interview but also she uses lots of somatic approaches which is body-led approaches including breathwork including yoga It's a fascinating insight into this world.

So I think the most important thing for clients is that they feel safe and secure to share their experience and to be able to show the entire system to me in a way.

So I feel like I need to be very calm and very grounded and in my self energy, like listening actively in a very curious, compassionate, no judgmental way.

And hopefully we resonate nervous system with nervous system and we find this space of safety where we can go deeper and deeper.
