Hello.
Thank you for having
us.
We're very excited to have you.
I think it's such a good topic.
We've not covered at all how many women nowadays are feeling the pressure to feel a certain way because of the way celebrities look, because of the trends that are happening.
And when is an addiction? Because certainly not to be judgmental, but you do see some people and you think...
I don't think you're looking fresh.
I think you're looking inflated.
I
think the idea is to enhance what you've got, isn't it? Rather than maybe change your look completely.
I think when aesthetics becomes noticeable, it's bad.
And not all aesthetics is bad.
But there's definitely this perception that if you go and have treatments done, you will look like Jackie Stallone.
do you know and and it's not it's not true um but it definitely can that's
what people automatically think though isn't it they think you know fillers and things they automatically in their head that's the yeah i think
it's because the only work people are aware of is bad work so you wouldn't look at someone who looks good and think oh they've had worked what makes good newspapers and good media do you know what i mean so they're not going
to put on somebody that doesn't absolutely
you have your celebrities like Katie Price who's regularly under fire I know she has mental health issues and that's why she chooses to project herself the way and it's no judgment on her but I think again that's what people's brain thinks and I've got so many clients when I'm doing their makeup or I'm talking to them and they'll say I would never get my lips done because I wouldn't want it and actually I've got other clients who've just maybe not had quite a big top lip and they've had a tiny wee bit done and it's I know because they tell me but you wouldn't know and I think that's when it becomes an art
It's a bit like hairdressing.
You know, you maybe get, you know, highlights in it to enhance what you've got.
So it's the same, meant to be the same idea, isn't it?
Good aesthetic work should be undetectable.
So you should look like you.
You know, we're not looking to distort natural features.
