Mattison FettersGuestSo let's talk about sales because that's what I promise everyone here that we'd be talking about.
The thing that I think you and I agreed on earlier was it's like the little moments.
If I go to pick up a girl for a date and I'm at the curb as I pull up to her house 11 minutes late and I honk the horn, It's going to be pretty hard.
It's going to be pretty hard to rebound from this, right? And everything I do, even if I'm a perfect date from then on, it's a little off.
However, if everything goes perfectly throughout the date, even at the end when I ask for the sale, which might be the second date, I could mess up.
I could stutter while asking, and they'd find it cute and charming that I stuttered, right? And so when you have a really great sales process, you don't need to be a master at overcoming objections.
You just need to be a master at overcoming them when you get so many of them because this part sucks and you are really good at this part.
The very beginning of it, we even talked about just building rapport and how so many people just are awful at this.

And I remember watching a video that you shared on this topic many months ago, and I was laughing because you actually used that analogy of having children And I was thinking to myself, now that I have kids, that's very easy to do.

But I closed hundreds of thousands of dollars in sales before I had children because that's not what rapport is.
