Whether you're talking about here in America or different parts of the world, there have been ups and downs.

If you look at people who have been sick until they had three months to live, and now five years later, they're still going.

history, life experiences, memoirs, bios, have just taught me that nothing stays the same.

It's like if your pain's at an eight today, it might be at a nine tomorrow, right? It might even get up to a 10.

But at some point, If we're lucky enough to live long enough, it starts to come back down to a nine and a six and a four and a three.

If we're really paying attention, we'll know that it's not going to stay at a three or a one or a zero.

Every time I take care of one problem, another problem pops up, and that is life.

And the sooner I can accept that and embrace that, and I know for some people you're like, but I've just been down for so long.

Even if you feel that way, and even if it's true, if you look at it, you'll notice that there have been days where the pain's been at a 10, and then there are days where the pain is at an 8.

And even though 8, pain being at an 8 still sucks, it's still miserable, it's still a difference.

it's it's a opportunity it's hope it's something right and and that's all we're looking for i'm just looking for the just where the areas of reprieve and just knowing that life inherently has that built in right but when life feels heavy hope rarely arrives as an inspiration more often it shows up as a decision.
