And I think there are so many different use cases for AI, not just for Googling and getting answers, right, but actually being able to implement and override manual workflows and processes to actually be able to automate information, automate processes and really eliminate a lot of mistakes because then we can start to see a lot more, have time to do those analytical things and use um especially ai to help us with those research topics evaluating different opportunities of of either going into this or moving it to that and being able to see where we are as far as other technologies i think there's so many things inside of ai that will help us with different technologies and and the speed of implementation of building new technologies not just software platforms or applications to help us to do things better, whether it's health and wellness, whether it's life expectancy, whether it's lead generation for a business, whether it's the ability to actually get to know your clients better, etc., but also The hardware side of things.

So the ability to have water, so cheap water to coolant, cheap electricity to power the facility, and of course the ability to move data in and out of the data centers.

And recently I did go to a conference where we were specifically talking about space and and the new opportunities in space.

So the two major costs for data centers are now eliminated if we look at that.

I'm also working, Green Parrot works with brands in where they're at as far as their different definitions of sustainability.

And if we focus on the health of the soil, then that means the plant health is good, which means the nutritional value of the product, in this case, corn and beans, is is actually much higher therefore they can also reduce the amount of nitrates so for some fertilizers as well as organic fertilizers that have nitrates in them to lower that down which means we actually benefit from that as well So one of our prime producers is working with one of our other research partners at the University of Zurich.

And we're specifically looking at the ability to provide healthy foods to the populace and how that changes the cost of life insurance and health insurance.

So what's the model of initial health benefits as well as the longevity and the cost of that and modeling that out? So it's quite an interesting process there.
