Like we know a from a like logical perspective that the mental side of getting fit and being fit and staying fit is what's actually harder than fitness itself.

So after coaching hundreds of women, I've realized getting the body isn't the hardest part.

So I'll use myself as an example, but I have a lot of clients as well that we've been going through growth phases.

So a lot of my girls right now are in a growth phase, in a surplus, like we're But they came to me first wanting to lose weight, right? So we've built a physique that they love.

And now it's like, okay, we want to put on more muscle or they're trying to change whatever it may be.

And it's like the fitness part of it, like the body part of it is not that difficult.

So the reason that I say that is like, weight loss and muscle building is literally just science.

They can lift consistently, eat protein, progressive overload, track and manage their calories, put a little bit more emphasis on sleep and recovery.

Most Coaches and like honestly like what Chachi, BT, Claude, like AI can also like write a plan that works.

But the actual real challenge is coaching mindset change, like coaching somebody to build mental resilience and mental fortitude and not be their own biggest enemy.

A lot of the time I'll hear things like, oh, I'll be happy when or I'll be more confident when or, you know, I'll finally feel like I'm doing enough or being enough when X, Y, Z.

And those beliefs, those thoughts, they don't go away or just, you know, like completely disappear when your body changes.

I feel like it's a good way to think of it is like carrying a backpack full of rocks, but every rock is a limiting belief.
