Okay, somebody said, why am I doing everything right and it still feels like I'm not losing weight? I'll drop down and then come right back up.

So I actually really love this question because I feel like this is something that I get a lot in my coaching, in my DMs, like on consult calls, you know, women who feel like they're doing everything, but they're not getting the results that they want.

So What I've seen is like, okay, you're tracking your food, you're training, you know, six days a week.

Like you're doing everything, you're sleeping, drinking water, all the things that you know you should be doing, but it's not working.

If you're not already, I would highly suggest taking pictures, measurements, looking at non-scale forms.

You know how sometimes you feel like you have brain fog and then you drink water and you're like, oh, I was just dehydrated.

If you're doing everything, but the scale isn't reflecting it, then there's other things more likely at play.

I do think that obviously calories in, calories out But like we've talked about in the past, like that's kind of an incomplete sentence because there are other things that come into play.

But there can be other things happening that end up affecting the scale, reflecting changes or not.

And so what I typically see is like if you're seeing a drop and then it goes back like right back up, but you haven't changed anything, that could be water retention.

It could be relating to something like your cycle, depending on the different phases of your cycle.

If you genuinely are doing everything correct and you do it for like six weeks and you do not see a difference.
