And I love being able to serve them and watch their identities quite literally shift from like one person into a completely different woman.

And also, I would love to serve more, more women and more people and bring them into the community.

And I beat myself up because I feel like, oh, I've been in the industry forever.

And why don't I have this figured out yet? And I was talking to my best friend, Bailey, in Houston for her birthday.

And she was just like, Noah, you've always wanted things to... change immediately.

Like I get this idea in my head and I will immediately just want it all to be like I want I want it to be done and accomplished.

But I feel like recently, because I've been working this nine to five, because I've been pouring my energy into other things, like I'm not urgent about my business anymore.

Because there's like a part of me that just feels like, hey, if I keep doing what I've been doing, like, and I keep showing up, I will get there eventually.

And then there's another part of me that's like, well, you need to do it right now.

Like, if you're not taking action, you're not doing, you know, not taking steps, then... you're just delusional, like you're not going to get there.

And I just feel like I've had to reassess my priorities and re-figure out like, okay, what is it that I'm aiming for and looking at and wanting to achieve? And how can I take my long-term vision and like reverse engineer it into a what I can do on a day-to-day basis because that's how you really used to operate well is when I had the goal, the long-term goal, and then the quarterly goals, and then the monthly goal, and then day by day, like what did I need to get there, right? Like I could stair-step it.
