So I guess I'm What do I want to talk about? I feel like lately I've been struggling a little bit with what I want to do bodybuilding-wise because these bikini girls are getting jacked, jacked.

I am not quite certain that I want to... push my body hard to build the muscle.

How do I want to say this? I think, kind of piggybacking off of the last episode, I think that I have been having a lot of inputs.

And so I don't know if anyone else has experienced this, but I I've noticed a lot more recently, like probably within the last six months or so, when I'm stressed and I go to the gym, it is close to impossible for me to push to failure.

If you guys have been here for a while, you know, like when Danielle and I would go lift at Lift ATX and we would train together, like we would go so hard.

There would be... like our shoulder days, we would be shoulder pressing like the 50 pound dumbbells for 12, like just absolutely gnarly training.

And what I've noticed is that recently, like if I'm overwhelmed, if I'm overstimulated, if my nervous system is like overactive and I go to the gym, I cannot push to failure.

And like, I've, I have tried, like when I tell y'all, I have like sat on a machine and tried to get to mechanical failure.

There's like a stop gap in my brain that like, It'll be like, nope, your nervous system is fried.

And I'll sit there and like battle in my brain with like, let's say it's like my quads or something.

And I was talking to somebody the other day about it where I was like, I just feel like I used to do all these things.

And I'm like, I need to let go of the past version of myself that I keep comparing myself to.
