So firstly with health, that is looking like having the routine and structure like what I mentioned before.

So that leads into my bold opinion about not completely reinventing your life to feel better and just doing the things consistently that make you feel like you.

So for me, that's, yeah, having the routine and obviously health is obviously a huge part of my life, given that I am a personal trainer and But recently, my focus hasn't been trying to do more.

It's actually just getting that structure back because I feel like the first half of this year has been quite crazy for me in the sense there's been a lot of change in all facets of my life.

So I feel like along the way I've sort of lost that structure and routine and I could really feel it in the way I was showing up day to day and how I was feeling mentally.

And I always thrive when I have structure, especially with my training and my morning routine.

And what that looks like is planning my gym sessions in the week before and sort of scheduling them in like appointments just to make sure when things come up, I work that around my training and having something I'm actually working towards.

So that is, again, coming back to that structure and what makes me feel my best.

And also when my training has structure, I feel like the rest of my life naturally has more structure as well.

Another thing as well that I've really been focusing on, which I definitely neglected at the start of the year, was just getting outside and going for longer walks.

Just getting outside and being in nature and also doing it in the morning as well, because I didn't have... luxury of doing that for the last four years, given that I was a face-to-face PT.

So I was starting my days going to work from like 6am and starting my day coaching other people.

So I've really been, I guess, enjoying being able to, yeah, get up and go for a walk and start my day on my terms.

And it's such a simple thing, but I definitely notice such a difference in myself when I'm consistently doing it.

Also starting the day walking with a friend is also a really nice way to really get my mindset right for the day.
