What does, you know, healthy mean to you at the moment? What does that look like?

I think like healthy can mean, yes, of course, like physically, how you look, how you feel, whatever.

And, you know, like you were just saying, like relationships, connecting with people, that's also become a part of like being healthy to me at the moment.

Yeah, and not an all or nothing mindset because I feel like that, you know, robs happiness as well.

Like when you're trying to, when you go really extreme one way, you're neglecting all other areas of your life.

So I think obviously balance looks different to everyone, but just finding what works for you is the most important thing.

And then you've been able to have a productive day today, but you still got your social cup filled last night.

I also think that kind of ties into something I've been working on Probably over the last year but old me would have probably stayed and carried on my night and then this morning, woken up, feeling so bad, feeling like I'm, you know, not able to accomplish whatever it was on my to-do list type thing.

So knowing and like acknowledging I don't want to feel that way, I've really been – kind of focused on that and knowing like, hey, it's okay to kind of like call it quits at this time.

You still, you know, got to have girly time and whatever it was that I was wanting.

But then also I'm staying on track because I do have these goals and like I do have stuff that I'm working on that I want to feel energized for.

And that's kind of also I feel being selfish and like holding yourself accountable for the better.
