If you were to take all of the email messages, social media messages, any response that we got in any way from any customer, for the 23 years that I ran my baseball companies that eventually became Baseball Education Center...

And now we're talking about, when I exited the companies, we're talking about a million email subscribers that we would email every day, 70,000 active customers, users every year, nine different brands, partners, over somewhere in the neighborhood of 70 different authors, creators that we published or worked with.

If you were to take all those questions and sort them, Which is actually funny because I actually remember when we were able to create a connection between our email and Google.

And we could take the responses and have it populate a spreadsheet and we could sort and sift and see.

But I remember that being such a technological breakthrough that we could just easily see.

If I were to put all the questions... and sort them, the number one question was obviously about velocity.

And it was something along the lines of, hey, Paul, how can my son throw harder? Everybody would say it a little different.

But what's probably surprising to you, and has been surprising to everyone I've told, is that number two on that list, and even calling it number two is more like 1.1. On the list, it would be something along the lines of, Paul, I see that you've built a business, making a living from your passion for baseball.

I've seen you written books, done courses, videos, you know, different brands, stuff like that.

And then something hinting at suggesting or saying like, I'd like to do the same, or could I do the same? Or I think I might want to do the same, or I think I've got something.

Now, like I said, we had like somewhere in the neighborhood of 70 plus people we were working with.

And in addition to the vast amount of email and messages and things that we'd get, for a large period of time in that business, I would have two hours out of my schedule every day.
