Angel Reese Makes History as Dream Make Statement + Sparks Have Won Kelsey Plum Trade Early

So let's first start off with the Atlanta Dream as a whole.

And as Andrew titles it here, Atlanta shows some fight.

And I mean, that's exactly how I would word it.

Atlanta shows some fight.

Look, I saw the comments.

I saw them, and don't think that I'm going to leave you hanging when it came to talking about the dream versus the Lynx.

That was absolutely the biggest statement made on the final day of games before going on to this World Cup break, and...

Look, this is an Atlanta team that I've been tough on.

Like, hand up.

I've absolutely been tough on.

And it is like a little bit of like tough love, if you will, in my eyes, because I see this as a team that absolutely should be a real deal contender.

And I fought that game against Minnesota yesterday.

You've got to see that, and you're seeing whether it be Angel, who we'll talk about more individually here in a second, whether it's Ryan that is getting to the rim a bit more, and this team is just so much better whenever you have Ryan Howard being intentional about getting to the rim because she's so talented.

There's so much just to dive into when it comes to her offensive bag, and It doesn't always feel like we get the full eats of that.

You might just get a side, and the side is just taking a lot of threes.

And I want the entree.

I want everything.

I want the dessert.

Give me everything that comes with having Ryan Howard on this team.

Because to me, again, this is something I've talked about a lot where – This, to me, in terms of just on-paper talent, shouldn't be a team that struggles in the half court.

And when Ryan Howard is scoring at all three levels, that eases things up so much.

And same goes for Alicia Gray, who I think has less of that kind of problem, like kind of getting three happy.

I thought her rebounding against Minnesota was awesome.

Look, the Minnesota Lynx... there's been so much good to talk about.

Right.
