One in 10 had completely frozen hiring.
41% of business leaders had cut back on hiring.
Four in 10 had laid off employees this year in 2025.
And another third are planning to fire more.
Six in 10 are likely to lay off employees in 2026.
So you're seeing over 50% have either fired, are firing, or going to fire in the near future.
Crazy, crazy, crazy.
Four in 10, that's 40% of employers, 40% of companies are planning to replace employees with AI.
So, hey, guys, if you own a company, if you are a business owner, a business leader, you got to be asking yourself, what do I know? What do I not know that these guys know? Why are they laying off for AI and I'm not? And if you're an employee, you got to be saying, is my job at risk? And again, we're going to get to that in just a moment.
And what are the top reasons for this? Well, the top reasons are listed by these companies themselves.
