Um, and that's actually been a theme throughout, sort of from that sort of time till now, and I share that with my s- my clients.

Because when life is difficult, and when you hit hardship in a relationship or work or anything like that, it tips, you have, like, the negative tip of the scales.

And if you don't have anything joyful in your life- You're then balancing negativity with negativity, and you haven't got anything that's to offset that.

So bringing little bits of joy into my life, going to the beach, taking a, a little gas cooker and stove and, and having a cup of tea, watching the sunset, and not worrying about the time of the cafe shutting or anything like that.

Like, we do not realize some- sometimes when we're in that healing process how important our sisterhood is, how important our community is.

And, um, so when I was bringing the joy into my life, when I had my down days, feeling very insecure about who I was and whether I'd be able to balance another relationship, and how did that happen, and, um, I was able to balance it with the joyful things.

Like, yeah, you made some mistakes in this relationship, but, hey, you had a great time with the girlfriends at the beach the other day.

And sitting in that, like, um, really recognizing where in my body I was holding that anger, and that sadness, and that irritation, and that, that fire that was like, Emma, you really-- like, where's your self-respect? Where's your, where's your, um...
