a father with 14 and increasing boys from adoptions and other kinds of placements, mostly those who would never have had the chance of being in a family and having a parent.
All in all, a great company to work for.
He hires us for a particular job and then provides everything necessary to do that job, just like a large cooperation.

We are given company vehicles, housing, all actually owned by the company, for everything is his.
The salary can be low at times, but the benefits are excellent.
For example, there is a nice profit-sharing plan, where we may enjoy Baba's companionship and divine love, and the life insurance is unbeatable.
Not to mention the ISA plan, That's the individual sensoric annihilation.
Furthermore, the boss always remains accessible to the employee and wants to have a special relationship with each one.
So really it is quite an ideal company to work for and anyone who applies will automatically be hired.
