Nathan and Marcus chat about the creation of this exhibit and the true stories that inspired it!
Marcus RichardsonHostPolitical intrigue, professional assassins, cruise, things we've never explored in the museum so far.
I want to hear, because you said there's things that happen on your actual cruise, and I'm curious which part of these... let's start with
that so i went on a cruise and what actually did happen were men in a boat were outside our cruise and the cruise made contact with them and turned around picked them up and they were on board Oh my gosh.
He made it sound like that happens more often than you'd think, especially when he was in the Mediterranean.
And people said, what's going to happen to them? He said, well, we have to turn them into the port authorities and they'll probably return them to Cuba.
So it was like kind of this... bittersweet thing of it's like yeah we saved some people and then it was like wow we don't really know what's gonna happen to them next
we were not a part of it but it was really interesting being in the dining hall and seeing like a small boat where they were trying to use like a piece of plastic as a sail
Also, the juggler was on a stage that did not serve his juggling talent very well.
