In this episode of As the Drum Turns, Jeff & Lora discuss three ways to handle negative company culture and how treating it like cancer can keep our company healthy.
Normally, I kind of fly in, fly out, and just talk about some of the projects and stuff that we're working on, which is... a lot of them.
I know I keep talking about that, but just the way things are changing so quickly, I think there's a lot of opportunity for us to really change the way we're going to be building these trucks in the next five years.
You can have a great idea and want to implement it, but it certainly takes time.
And then the second day I was there, actually went into the factory and worked on every in every department.
And there are 10 of them total, went through all of them, got to speak to every, you know, every team lead and just kind of pick their brains on what's the issues that they're dealing with from from frame to inspection.
Very informative for me just to understand what all of our team members are going through every day.
And you always gain an appreciation for what these guys know and ladies know.
and our HMC team, they're doing a phenomenal job at building a really, really great truck.
And everyone that I engage with, they all were passionate about the company.
So we've got a lot of podcast listeners from some of the conversations that I had with those folks.
