NAZA: When Civilian Death Becomes a Calculation

Now, Israeli settlers attack a Washington Post photojournalist this week, just basically on October 16th.

And then another story the following day, you know, we have two serious incidents.

And the first one involved veteran Washington Post photojournalist Heidi Levine.

And the second one targeted a delegation of European diplomats and religious representatives.

I'm sure you watch on the internet because some of the stuff maybe was blurred out on legacy media.

But Heidi Levine was almost beaten to death by these settlers, kicked in the face.

She's not a young woman.

She had broken ribs.

She was knocked to the ground, beaten with sticks, repeatedly kicked.

Her cameras and phone were taken.

She suffered serious injuries, including just four broken vertebrae, a broken rib.

hand injuries requiring surgery.

And she was saved by basically another journalist and Palestinians who carried her away from these vicious settlers and into a hospital in Ramallah, where she was interviewed there.

And I recommend for people to listen to her words and what she called them, which they are terrorists.

And she's like disappointed how their mothers could raise people like this.

Of course, the military stood by.

They come after the fact.

Netanyahu denied.

He said, oh, wait a minute.

We've got to investigate this.

This doesn't look like it.

They want you always to disbelieve what you see with your own eyes.

And, of course, this garnered international condemnation.

She was visibly identifiable as a journalist.

And that wasn't enough, yes.
