Well, not excited.

Excited isn't a word you tend to associate with verb tenses, is it? But I'm happy to be podcasting with you, and let's see if we can help people with putting these verb tenses in the correct place and getting people using them correctly in English.

Yeah, particularly for higher levels, so from, from B2 upwards, but, uh, it's a good idea if you can use these.

From C1, you really have to, you should.

And if you were doing a C2 exam, if you don't use a few of these, you probably won't do enough to pass.

You have to use at least a few of these trickier verb tenses at the high, high levels to pass exams.

I agree.

Now, we've already spoken about the basic verb tenses, the present simple, past continuous, et cetera.
