I would love to talk about what you are thinking these days as you're looking across the workplace culture landscape in regard to appreciation.

And the cornerstone was appreciation at work, right? Like at the end of the day, none of this matters if they're not receiving it, right? And so this was the whole principle.

Like what else is there? Like what are the other things? And so it's just fascinating to me, man.

Yeah, so there's two things that compound appreciation and then it's almost like this other side of an arc that has to happen.

Number one, JC, what else do we need in terms of appreciation? So we'll go over those two.

Now we have this like deep relationship, like, I feel like almost people are taking abuse of this, right? Like, it's just like, we have a great culture.

Like, we're just gonna like have fun and all this stuff, right? So what are these two pillars that lean against each other, you know? And I'd actually...
