And after reading the book, The Five Love Languages, and then realizing that there is one, The Appreciations at Work, I really started digging in to see, OK, how how can I really grow in my leader leadership, my leader skills and start creating a place where people want to come to work?

So when you first heard this, you first thought, where did you start when you're thinking about your business? Like, where did you start with this whole framework?
So for me, it was having a mindset shift, right? In my mind, because I am so task and outcome driven, I thought, okay, the one way to get things done is through systems and processes and, you know, really producing results.
And what I had to do is understand that there's more than one way to get things done.
And so for me to be able to do that, I had to learn a skill, that appreciation skill, right? That, you know, that wasn't something that just came naturally, but it doesn't for all people, but it's still a skill that we have to learn as leaders because it's our responsibility to create that environment to make sure that people do feel appreciated.
