So JC, you've been leading teams for a while, but you know, you talk about how leading yourself is where this begins.

You know, we, we work with a lot of big companies, but we work with way more small companies, right, at Appreciation at Work, and these smaller organizations.

And a lot of times when we talk to them and we start thinking about appreciation, we start thinking about how to start this culture, start this culture of appreciation, I hear a lot, "Well, JC, I've got one team member, I got two.

I'm five." You know, all the little stuff, and it, it always makes me step back a little bit because I, I think as an entrepreneur, as a business owner, as a small business owner, we, we're all standing on the shoulders of giants.

today I was thinking that we could break down these like as you're getting started, let's talk to the small business owners, the guys 10 employees or below, and like, what does their team look like, and, and how do we foundationally build and think towards a culture that can, well, what we always say, how, how do we retain the best people and, and how do we attract the best people, right? I want, I want to create a culture that no one wants to leave and everyone wants to join.
