That's both at the main site here at SW19 and our community tennis centre at Rains Park and also at Roehampton, which is the current home of our qualifying tournament.
And so what projects and programmes are kind of being worked on at the moment?
So we have about 19 projects live within the estate at the moment from the very large.
The biggest we have on site at the moment is the redevelopment of the Millennium Building, which sits on the western side of the estate and connects Centre Court with the indoor tennis centre, which is where the players arrive.
So that has facilities for our members, for press and for the players themselves.
We're also extending the curtilage of number one courts to provide more premium hospitality for some of our debenture guests.
you refurbish a hill?
The Hill obviously is an absolutely iconic part of the site and probably after Centre Court, maybe the most special place on the site for our guests.
The Hill is constructed of the fill that was created when we created the basement and the service connections below between Number One Court and the Millennium Building.
So rather than take the material off site, it was left onsite, graded, and turned into what has now become the hill.
But that means the gradients are not fantastic, and also the soil doesn't drain particularly well.
And also it's not as accessible as it should be for people with mobility issues.
So the new hill project will create a more gently inclined space, which has connections side to side for people with mobility issues.
