I'm Emma Silverman and welcome back to Anti-Spiral, your weekly dose of hope, wins, and reality checks all broken down so you don't spiral too hard.

I don't know about you, but I really only do a puzzle once and then it sits on a shelf and collects dust.

And rather than donating it to somewhere like Goodwill, where I don't think people actually go to shop for puzzles, recently I've been donating them to an elderly care facility down the street from me.

And this facility also cares for people with dementia, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's, which puzzles are very good for.
