yes yes it's like you're changing the system of the the entrenched automatic reaction you know and and that's that thing isn't it that's that lousy thing about fear where we'll always gravitate to what's familiar you know yeah there are systems you know that's safety for us so right that's where we go and i love that you're helping people to grow awareness and invite choice and you know healing such a lovely way tara it's gorgeous work you're sharing with the world and where can people contact you or, you know, cause I'm sure if there's people interested in the coaching certificates or, or workshops or, you know, or, or, you know, are you working on anything at the minute that you want to
