Well, it's an interesting process because I came out of a season in my life where I had experienced a real crash, physical, mental, spiritual crash, burnout, basically.

But some people might call it a nervous breakdown because it had a lot to do with my nervous system.

And I was debilitated for a good at least three months to where I couldn't go outside without the light hurting my eyes.

I was going through panic attacks that were super painful all over my body, like pins and needles, right? And so that whole experience and realizing that, you know, that was the result of a lifetime of pushing myself past pain and to continue on when I knew...

my body I should stop but I wasn't I was ignoring those signals ignoring you know just always always always going forward and very driven and so being debilitated and stripping everything away and then rebuilding from that spot and realizing that I needed to really live life differently I needed to value who I was My own body, my own feelings, my own emotions, my own passions.

I was always so focused on everyone else that that little spark of believing that I'm awesome enough to prioritize me first.

started to grow and grow and grow and at the end of about a year of recovery time I decided to do life a lot differently and took a job where I could work from home so I could be in my pajamas, sleep in a little bit if I needed to, take the morning to drink coffee and contemplate before I dove into work and really just defining what I really needed when I needed it and meeting my own needs.

then it started to shift inside of me that you know wow this is a whole different way of living and that's when i started the be awesome network because i felt like okay i came from a place where i thought i was completely damaged like i thought i was going to have to have people take care of me in in that way because i was having people take care of me come over cook food cut my food because i didn't have the strength to cut chicken And I came from that place to feeling so amazing, doing yoga every day, feeling really good in my body and my mind.

So I just wanted to collect other people to come be a part of this community and share their own stories of how they found their inner awesomeness and what we can learn from each other.

Talk about listening to a full scale transformation and really taking it from that raw point, you know, your system so alert and it's speaking to you, you know, and then and what you've achieved after that, like not only nurturing yourself, growing, repairing yourself, Now you have this opportunity for other people and your network glory has grown.

Well, it was really kind of a testament to, I kind of equate it to almost like a movement, a be awesome movement of believing in ourselves and believing in each other and doing this life together in a super... charged environment of encouragement and inspiration and um yeah so i just want people to feel like they're not alone they have a place to go a person to come to and um in a community to belong to oh
