So let's get back to today's topic, right? The ultimate goal, the one thing goal.

I studied that book many moons ago and there's a quote in there that I always liked.

It was from Anna Pavlova, the Russian ballerina, and I've got a ballerina in my life, and it goes like this: "To pursue one aim without halt, that is the secret to success." There's another quote in there that I always like, which is a Russian proverb that's also in that book, if I remember rightly.

"He or she who tries to catch two rabbits, catch none." So true, right? Telling us the same thing.

Over and over again, you focus on that one thing, you're much more likely to get incredible results.

And I see that, by the way, played out in everything from business to your personal life.

The expertise, I'm training our coaches in this all the time, being specialists, being niche.

You've seen me do this, right? The reason you're in the room, we're having this conversation, is because I understood those principles and focused on one thing, which is alcohol-free.

And then I did it again in the world of sport, uh, through helping athletes transition their career through the coaching that I do.

And then the other place that I s- focus on is working with elite business professionals and optimizing performance.

In my case, it was like, right, focus on that like one thing, gain momentum, right? Do it again.

So even though that belies what I've just said, because now there's three one things, but you don't get the point.
