I've become really aware, and actually the more I talk about it in my personal life, the more that people can recognize that I think then, that we are encouraged to think and feel a certain way, and I'm just totally off the train on that, to be honest.

And I've become far more empowered in, in that in the last, in the last few years.

But just the things and the uprising, which for me is just so incredible, but they just bring such sadness.

I don't know, maybe that's why my throat chakra's gone, like that loss, I'm feeling that loss of freedom of speech, like that like-- And I know there's people out there that are intuitive or feel really in-in tuned to the energies, and I was just like, I actually can feel the tightening of, of, of people's throats.

And I know you're probably sat there going, "Crikey, what has happened to Kirsty since she went on holiday?" But I just come back going, "People can't talk anymore." Like, we actually physically can't talk.

I know there's history of that in the world, but to really see how the freedom of speech, the freedom to protest, the freedom to democracy, diplomacy, over the last couple of weeks has completely thrown me.

I'm not surprised by it, but it's just that, that disbelief and maybe, you know, I have moments where I feel it, and I, I have had real rage.

I've, I've found myself a bit today, just a very simple conversation where I very quickly turned it into something about not en-ensuring that someone doesn't have a power over our thoughts and views and behaviors.

But yeah, the last couple of weeks has really got me and, and I, I know when I'm talking to others, it's really, it's really getting you folks too.

So just, I just wanted to share that in the sense of I wanted to be honest with you.

It's really, it's really wobbled me, and I'm, you know, sat here thinking, "What's, what's, what's the role that I can play? What can I do?" Because I think we all have a sense of duty.

That's how I feel, and we all have a, have a purpose, and I'm not sure that pretending it's not happening is, is the answer or can continue to be the answer for much longer.
