One of the things that I'm so passionate about hospitality, it's always been about human connection and bringing people together.

I know when I was starting in this, people would often would ask like, but what's your real job going to be? Great culture.

That's the number one word we hear when we're interviewing people of what they want in their job.
The brand was really built on this idea of like really kind of going against the grain when it comes to those preconceived notions.
And kind of talking about some of the numbers being skewed, we're kind of seeing that the Makers Marks, the Jack Daniels, you know, some of these brands that have been around for decades, the Jack Daniels drinker that is kind of aging out.

Being mindful of not just the consumer want, but the consumer need for that occasion or, you know, wherever they're having that type of product.
