First on my list was a secret lookout.
What I honestly thought would be the best view in the city.
The only reason I found it was by zooming in on Google Maps and noticing a small patch of land that looked perfectly aligned with the skyline and the water.
I was near the presidential palace, so I walked up to the taxi stand, showed the driver my phone, and said, take me here.
He looked at the map and smiled and said, Okay, let's go.
Most of them are from Pakistan, and they are some of the kindest, most genuine people I've met while traveling.

I figured there'd be too much logistics finding parking and getting in but he just parked at the valet stand and waited for me.
Honestly that made the whole experience so much smoother.
Getting in and out of that hotel is not simple and having a driver waiting saved a ton of hassle.
Taxis here, shockingly, are really nice and extremely affordable.
